Debut exhibition at Herringer Kiss Gallery. Focusing on the art of photography with minimal ranges of focus. Acclaimed Photographer, Toni Hafkenscheid, was born in Rotterdam in 1959. He studied photography at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam and now resides in Toronto. His photographs create the illusion that they are of the world of small scale models but this is the trick of the skilled photographer. Taken with a standard 2 1/4″ Hasselblad with tilt/shift lens, these beautifully composed works have us questioning what is reality.
